• Request off
Good attendance is an expectation of everyone on our team. We ask that personal appointments, etc., are arranged around your work schedule and time-off requests be limited. Requests will be considered after completion of the 90-day introductory period.

When time-off IS requested, it should be done in writing to “scheduling” with two-weeks advance. If staff do not receive a timely response from their direct supervisor, they should follow-up until they do.

Employees may be put on an improvement plan if more than 20 hours per year of unpaid time is taken off, because good attendance is an expectation of everyone on our team. Can we count on you?
  • Changes inStaff Availability
After completion of the 90-day introductory period, staff can make changes in their availability with two-weeks written notice to “scheduling”. We do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee a position will be available with new parameters given. Communication is key.
