ICUs are our chance to give a shout out to co-workers that go above and beyond expectations.
If “ICU” doing something amazing, then write a short blurb in this section for the Administrators to see. Often, people receiving ICUs get some sort of additional recognition. But just to make sure they do…also post your positive comments on the Staff Facebook page.
